Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Planright.tv (the "Service"), operated by Planright ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you upload content as an approved contributor, the Contributor Agreement also applies to you.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live). You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Watching content on the Service requires a paid subscription. Plans and prices are shown at checkout; billing is processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel or change your plan anytime from your billing settings; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues through the period already paid. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change plan pricing with advance notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

3. Access to content

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to stream content through the Service for private, non-commercial viewing. You may not download, record, redistribute, publicly screen, or circumvent access controls on any content. Content availability may change: contributors and we may add or remove videos at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: share account credentials; scrape or harvest content or data; interfere with the Service's operation or security; impersonate others; or post comments that are unlawful, harassing, hateful, or spam. Comment moderation decisions (including hiding or removal) are at our and the relevant contributor's discretion.

5. Your submissions

Comments and other material you post must be yours to post. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display them within the Service. We may remove submissions at our discretion.

6. Intellectual property

Content on the Service belongs to the contributors who upload it or to us and our licensors. These Terms grant you no ownership rights. To report content you believe infringes your copyright, use our DMCA & reporting page.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from account settings; any active subscription is cancelled at deletion. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 5, 6, 8, and 9) survive.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service or by email, and the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
